Job summary

Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time Clinician-Educator at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level in Neurology with Pediatric subspecialization. Responsibilities include Epilepsy Monitoring Unit coverage, Epilepsy EEG/VEEG reading, and outpatient clinics, plus teaching and research opportunities.

Qualified candidates must hold an MD and be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology, with Pediatric Neurology qualifications and Clinical Neurophysiology or

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Special qualifications in Pediatric Neurology in addition to Clinical Neurophysiology/Epilepsy training
• Illinois license to practice without restriction

Responsibilities

• Cover Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and Epilepsy EEG/VEEG reading service
• Provide outpatient neurology and epilepsy clinic coverage
• Participate in epilepsy-related research
• Teach pediatrics residents, neurology and epilepsy fellows, and other trainees
