Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida is seeking a Pediatric Epileptologist to join our established Neurology program.

The role focuses on advanced epilepsy care within our NAEC Level IV center, collaborating across neurosurgery, neuropsychology, and neuroimaging teams. You will contribute to comprehensive epilepsy services, including monitoring, surgeries, VNS/RNS/DBS, and participation in clinical trials, while teaching and mentoring trainees in a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Neurology.
• Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship training after residency.
• Strong interest in acute pediatric neurology, stroke, epilepsy, and neuroimmunology.
• State-of-the-art equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric epilepsy care within a comprehensive Level IV epilepsy center.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery, neuropsychology, neuroimaging and related teams.
• Support epilepsy monitoring and advanced procedures (VNS, RNS, DBS) and clinical trials.
• Engage in education, research and multidisciplinary coordination.
