Job summary

Phoenix Children's in Glendale is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngology Advanced Practice Provider for a full-time outpatient clinic role. This 10-hour shift, four days a week position includes CME days and in-office procedures with no on-call requirements.

Locations include Main Campus-Phoenix, Mesa, Mercy Gilbert, Estrella, Arrowhead; clinic hours are 7am–5pm. You will obtain H&Ps, perform assessments, order tests, and participate in multidisciplinary care for pediatric ENT patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatrics or surgical specialty.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy clinic.
• Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health histories and physicals for infants to young adults.
• Order and review diagnostic tests; manage and treat ENT conditions.
• Perform in-office ENT procedures as credentialed.
• Collaborate with residents, medical students, APPs and attendings.
• Attend mandatory weekly meetings; virtual attendance available.
• Participate in professional development and mentoring of others.
