Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin in Wisconsin is seeking a Nurse Clinician to deliver specialized pediatric care across our ENT program and ambulatory settings. You will join a team of board-certified specialists and rotate through the Greenfield site, delivering high-quality care through face-to-face or telehealth visits.

The role requires a nursing license, pediatric experience, and strong assessment and care coordination skills to support children and families and promote health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years Licensed nursing experience required.
• 2+ years Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Experience managing patients with chronic and complex family and health needs preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized medical and surgical care to pediatric patients.
• Participate in management of acute illness and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care across settings and use the nursing process to guide care.
• Utilize telehealth for care coordination and triage.
• Advocate for patients and families and educate caregivers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
