Job summary

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Pediatric ENT team serving Sacramento, CA and Elk Grove, CA. You will work with skilled ENT physicians to deliver high‑quality care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role involves direct patient care, perioperative visits, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with no on-call duties required. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, including relocation support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• California licensure eligibility and NP/PA licensure.
• 1+ year of prior ENT, Allergy, or Audiology experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Split time between Elk Grove and Sacramento locations (≈50% each).
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative visits.
• See new patients and consultations.
• Evaluate and manage common, chronic, and acute ENT conditions.
• Improve patient flow and reduce delays for subspecialized ENT services.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians, nurses, and care teams.
