Spencer Britt seeks BE/BC ENT physicians to join a well-established, independent ENT practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Positions are full-time with an ownership track, offering potential for partnership while working with experienced clinicians.

We welcome General Otolaryngologists, Head & Neck Surgeons, Laryngologists, and Pediatric Otolaryngologists seeking a long-term career in a stable, physician-owned setting. In-house services and a strong referral base support growth.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with BE/BC in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Board certification or eligibility
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care across general ENT, laryngology, head & neck, and pediatric ENT
• Perform endoscopic procedures and other ENT surgeries as part of a team
• Manage sleep apnea and related airway conditions
• Collaborate with experienced physicians and staff to deliver patient-centered care
