Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides care for patients requiring complex assessment and high-intensity interventions in a pediatric ED.
• Monitors patient conditions, interprets clinical data, and responds to emergencies per protocol.
• Documents care activities and collaborates with physicians and the nursing team.
• Acts as patient and family advocate and supports care transitions within the department.
• Maintains compliance with hospital policies and unit routines.
