Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and pediatric emergency fellowship training required.
• Board certification in General Pediatrics or eligible for certification.
• Current PALS and ATLS certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Texas Medical Board.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to critically ill and injured children in a high-volume pediatric ED.
• Teach fellows, residents, medical students, and staff.
• Oversee the section and guide administrative initiatives.
