Job summary

The Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Oregon's premier pediatric academic medical center, seeks a Pediatric Electrophysiologist to join a growing multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on advanced EP care for children and young adults, including ablations, device management, and inherited arrhythmia syndromes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and completion of a pediatric cardiology fellowship.
• Additional fellowship training in pediatric electrophysiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Cardiology and Pediatric Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient care for children with rhythm disorders and arrhythmias.
• Perform invasive electrophysiology procedures, including ablations and device implantations.
• Interpret non-invasive studies such as ECGs, Holter, Zio, and exercise testing.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows; engage in research.
