Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in respective state.
• Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (infant/child CPR with in-person skills testing).
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy to children from birth to age three in natural settings (home, daycare, community).
• Use coaching model to empower parents to support their child's goals.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure meaningful progress.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with team to optimize care.
