Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• DOH approval is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to children in EI programs in home or center settings.
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver therapy services as required by the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators and other professionals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.
• Assist with mobility and safety directives and exercises.
