Job summary

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program in Voorhees, NJ. You will support children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them live their best lives in a structured, caring environment.

Join a dedicated care team with varied schedules, including full-time, 2nd shift, and overnight options. Compensation includes an hourly rate, plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Able to work well in teams and learn new skills
• Willing to work weekends
• Current driver’s license in good standing
• Shifts include Thur 10p-8a, Fri 9p-7a & Sat 9p-7a
