Job summary

The University of Toledo seeks an experienced Pediatric Division Chief to provide clinical and administrative leadership for a growing pediatric division. You will maintain an active outpatient practice across two clinic locations while overseeing a team of up to 10 Pediatricians and advanced practice providers.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics.
• Eligible for or currently holding unrestricted state medical licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical pediatric experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a medical practice, division, department, or service line.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active outpatient pediatric practice.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of division operations and monitor productivity, access, satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and professional development of pediatric providers.
• Collaborate with hospital and administrative leadership to advance strategic goals.
