Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Division Administrator I to lead the development, coordination, and implementation of division strategies and operations within the Department of Pediatrics.

The role partners with division leadership and medical directors to align clinical care, research, teaching, and advocacy for maximum impact. The position covers administration, operations and financial management, strategic planning and compliance across multi-mission

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the division and program operating and capital budgets in coordination with department leadership and finance teams.
• Oversee ambulatory clinic standards, template management, access to care and revenue capture for the division.
• Manage the division's research grant portfolio, ensuring compliance and budgeting with institute leadership.
• Steward philanthropic portfolios and align with center priorities and donor intent.
• Lead the Ambulatory Practice Operations Group meetings to review KPIs, staffing and resources.
