Job summary

Huckleberry Labs is seeking a pediatric nutrition expert (RD/RDN) for an open-ended, part-time contract (~up to 15 hours/month). You will review solid foods content for kids 6 months to 5 years, ensure medical accuracy, and advise writers and product teams on evidence-based feeding practices.

Ideal candidates will have pediatric dietetics certification, hands-on experience with starting solids, and familiarity with AAP/WHO guidelines. IBCLC is a plus; diverse families are welcome. Rate: $50/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with pediatric specialty.
• Experience with starting solids and infant feeding; toddler and pre-school nutrition (6 months–5 years).
• Knowledge of current pediatric nutrition guidelines (AAP, WHO) and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Review articles, in-app guidance, and images for accuracy.
• Audit guidance to align with pediatric nutrition guidelines and peer-reviewed research.
• Consult with product team on solids-related features and upcoming launches.
• Answer nutrition questions with writers during content development.
• Update content with experts to reflect evolving solid foods guidance.
• Provide on-demand expert feedback during solid foods launch.
• Participate in video discussions to ensure content accuracy and clarity.
