Qualifications

• ASN required
• Active Florida or multi-state RN license
• National certification in area of clinical specialty is preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of RN experience required
• 2 years of dialysis experience (peds preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis care to pediatric patients as part of the Renal Dialysis team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Adhere to policy, standards, and evidence-based best practices.
• Demonstrate advocacy and moral agency in patient and family care.
• Engage in patient education and care coordination within the unit.
