Job summary

Advocate Health's Developmental Pediatrics section in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Staff Psychologist for outpatient pediatric assessment and intervention, with telehealth options. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology (school, clinical, or related); Ed.S., Ph.D., or Psy.D completers are eligible.

NC licensure preferred or licensure-eligible with supervised experience. 40-hour work week, full-time in ambulatory clinic, compensation within listed pay range and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 18 months of clinical experience in psychological assessment with pediatric patients.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADOS-2 preferred.
• Licensure in North Carolina as a Psychological Associate or Licensed Psychologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select and administer a variety of psychological tests for pediatric patients.
• Independently interpret tests and write diagnostic narratives.
• Communicate assessment results to families and provide recommendations for intervention planning.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team and conduct optional individual/group therapy.
