Zeal Medical Staffing LLC is partnering with a respected dental practice in Tuscaloosa, AL to hire a Pediatric Dentist (or General Dentist with pediatric experience). The role offers 4–5 days per week (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) in a modern office emphasizing high-quality pediatric and teen dentistry.

The compensation includes a 6-month daily guarantee plus 28–35% net production, with earning potential $250k+ and strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, HAS, FSA, and 401k, plus company-paid lab

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Alabama dental license.
• Pediatric dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric and teen dentistry services as part of a general/pediatric practice.
• Work 4–5 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care to pediatric and young adult patients.
