42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our Wellesley, MA team. The role offers flexibility with days based on provider interest, with integrated orthodontics and periodontics within the practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry is required for the role.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update medical/dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics, and stay updated on new developments.
