Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Pediatric Dentist with a pediatric background to join our Myrtle Beach care team. This full-time role moves our mission of providing care to pediatric and special needs patients forward, with days only and no on-call requirements.

You will deliver restorative dental care, including posterior SSCs, anterior veneered SSCs, pulpotomies, and primary teeth exodontia, while partnering with a skilled surgical team in a modern, accredited ASC.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program or General Practice Residency (GPR) is a must.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Treat pediatric patients in an ASC setting.
• Perform restorative care focusing on SSCs and pulpotomies.
• Perform exodontia of primary teeth and related procedures.
• Collaborate with a highly qualified surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is growing and we’re expanding our dental team! We’re looking for a Pediatric Dentist with a pediatric background to join our passionate Myrtle Beach care team. This is a key hire to move our mission forward of helping pediatric and special needs patients get the care they deserve.

About the position:

• Full-time (preferred), part-time, and PRN positions are available
• Days only – No nights, No weekends, No holidays, and No on-call!
• Ability to give back to an underserved patient population
• Fully equipped and accredited modern ASC
• Partner with a highly qualified surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient
• Treat approximately 7 patients in a typical OR day
• Perform various restorative care primarily focusing on posterior stainless-steel crowns (SSCs), anterior esthetic (veneered) SSCs, pulpotomies, and exodontia of primary teeth
• We take care of all licensing requirements on your behalf

Requirements:

• Completion of an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program or General Practice Residency (GPR) is a must
• BLS certification
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date (fully paid for by Blue Cloud)

Preferred

• National Board certification or eligibility strongly preferred
• Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice
