Job summary
Wellesley Dental Group in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. We focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with integrated orthodontics and periodontics to support a rewarding career.
The ideal candidate will be DMD/DDS, hold a state license, and be board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry. Per diem compensation reflects a patient-focused, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
- Malpractice insurance proof.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
- Maintain highest standard of care and ethics in the office.
- Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
