Job summary

PDS Management Services, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for our Kingston, NY practice on a part-time basis (three days: Monday–Wednesday) with a high-volume patient base and supportive staff.

The role offers a generous signing bonus of 2,400–3,600 and daily pay between $1,500 and $1,900, with opportunity for bonuses based on production.

You'll work in a child-friendly, professional environment with mentorship from experienced clinicians and access to Dentrix for records.

Qualifications

• Active NY Dental License
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry and dental terminology
• Experience with Dentrix software & medical records management
• Ability to perform four-handed dentistry
• Excellent patient care and assessment skills
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and provide quality care to pediatric patients.
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Perform essential procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and more.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Work collaboratively with a dental team to provide top-tier care.

PDS Management Services is looking for talented and passionate Pediatric Dentists to join our growing team in the Northeast! We have immediate openings for a Part Time (Monday - Wednesday) position at our Kingston, NY Practice with a thriving patient base and experienced support staff.

Part-Time Sign on Bonus: $2,400-$3,600 (*_Bonus amount varies based on location and specialty._*)

Payment Schedule [(after start date of referred dentist)]

30 Days: 25% of the bonus

90 Days: 50% of the bonus

180 Days: 25% of the bonus (*_Referred dentists must remain in good standing throughout their tenure._*)

Your Role & Responsibilities
