Job summary

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children, instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment and educating caregivers and patients regarding preventive practices.

Pay range: $800-$1100/day. The role includes responsibilities to educate families, collaborate with peers, and promote oral health with underserved children in the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state dental license in good standing.
• Strong interest in working with children.
• Ability to obtain Medicaid Provider number and NPI.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a diverse workload.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs.
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and perform necessary procedures.
• Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest techniques.
• Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers.
• Help kids and caregivers develop excellent oral health habits.
• Promote the company and attract new patients within the community.
• Participate in team activities and company communications.
• Support mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children.
