Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist with a passion for children's oral health to join a busy, family‑friendly pediatric practice in Washington. You will provide comprehensive care for ages 1–21, with emphasis on ages 3–9, in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with at least one year of pediatric clinical experience.
• Washington dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Current Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required by state).
• Comfortable treating pediatric patients and managing child behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients ages 1–21, primarily ages 3–9.
• Perform restorative procedures, including Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs).
• Fillings
• Pulpotomies
• Simple Extractions
• Conduct hygiene checks and recare exams.
• Provide same-day treatment when clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and parents on oral health and treatment options.
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced pediatric environment.
