• Active, unrestricted state dental license.
• Nitrous sedation certificate per state requirement.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• DEA certification.
• NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality dental care to children and families.
• Collaborate with specialists and general dentists to deliver the best care.
• Ability to travel to various dental practices in assigned region.
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards.
