Quince Orchard Dental Care in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a private-practice style position, supported by SDM and Guardian Dentistry Partners. This part-time role offers autonomy with mentorship resources, a modern fully digital practice, and competitive compensation.

You will deliver comprehensive pediatric care, diagnose and plan treatments, and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration in good standing.
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric patient care — with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as iTero, CBCT, and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
