Job summary

Great Lakes Family Dental is seeking a full-time pediatric dentist, or a general dentist who treats children, to join our team in our Saginaw, MI office. We provide general, pediatric, orthodontic, and periodontic services in a modern, state-of-the-art facility with a dedicated patient base.

Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing oral diseases, creating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• HBV vaccination and malpractice insurance proof.
• CPR/BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Ensure documentation of x-rays and growth/development considerations.
