Qualifications

• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and conditions in pediatric patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients and families.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care of pediatric patients.
• Uphold high standards of ethics and professionalism in the practice.
