Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw, MI is seeking a full-time pediatric dentist, or a general dentist who is open to treating children, to join our team in our Saginaw, MI office. We provide General, Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Periodontic services with a modern, state-of-the-art facility and flexible scheduling.

1,000 - 1,200 per diem, integrated orthodontics and oral surgery, and a collaborative team environment support long-term career growth in pediatric dentistry.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education
