Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice near Boston. The role offers a per diem rate of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through percent of collections and flexible days.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain ethics and professionalism; stay updated on new developments and CE

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
