Variety Care in Oklahoma City seeks a Dentist - Pediatric Dentistry to deliver high-quality primary dental care to pediatric patients under the guidance of the Dental Director. This exempt position requires clinical excellence and leadership within the department.

Competenze

• D.D.S. degree from an approved College of Dentistry.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Oklahoma.
• DEA/OBNDD license required or applicable.

Mansioni

• Provides dental care for pediatric patients by diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
• Promotes preventive dentistry and patient education.
• Performs screenings at health fairs, school-based programs, or other outreach settings as directed by the Dental Director.
• Provides referrals to specialists as necessary for care beyond the clinic’s scope.
• Maintains accurate charts and complies with Variety Care policies.
• Keeps current in professional literature, skills, and techniques; participates in Peer Review as directed.
• Participates in team-based care and supports the dental team to improve patient outcomes.
• Contributes to accreditation efforts and the Quintuple Aim of safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care.
