United Dental Partners is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for our busy pediatric practice in Merrillville, IN. This 1099 contractor role offers a generous base salary plus an adjusted production bonus, with full benefits starting after 60 days, including 401k match.

We provide PPO/Medicaid and Fee For Service, with full malpractice insurance paid by the company, and opportunities to transfer later to a Chicago-based location.
