Under the Sea Children’s Dentistry in Converse, TX seeks a Pediatric Dentist Associate to deliver comprehensive pediatric care and lead a supportive clinical team. The role emphasizes mentorship, work‑life balance, and potential for future partnership within a thriving, family‑oriented practice.

Qualificações

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
• Completed Pediatric Dentistry residency.
• Active, unrestricted Texas license.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive pediatric dental exams and treatments.
• Supervise RDAs in delivering patient care.
• Provide Level I & II sedation when appropriate (under supervision).
• Maintain high clinical standards while meeting production goals.
• Deliver child-centered dental care and communicate clearly with families.
• Participate in peer reviews, chart audits and improvement efforts.
• Refer patients to specialists when needed.
• Adhere to safety, infection control and documentation standards.
