The Staff Pad is seeking a licensed Pediatric Dentist to join a collaborative ASC team in St. Louis, MO, delivering safe, high-quality pediatric dental care under general anesthesia. You will work alongside anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff in a structured ASC environment.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality, offering a stable schedule with no on-call, weekends, or holidays. Prior pediatric exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pediatric Dentist with state licensure
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, high-quality care for pediatric and special needs patients
• Perform dental restorative and exodontia procedures in an ASC setting
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
• Collaborate closely with anesthesia and surgical teams to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain a patient-centered approach focused on safety, quality, and compassionate care

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
