Qualifications

• DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where providing care; license must be in good standing or eligible for licensure.
• Active state-specific anesthesia restricted 2 license (to administer nitrous oxide).
• DEA, CPR, PALS certifications as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric dental care to patients across multiple locations.
• Support preventive, diagnostic imaging, and restorative pediatric care.
• Work within a DSOs network to deliver patient-centered care with autonomy and resources.
