Compensation Package

• $1,500/day guaranteed (8-hour day)


• Min 35% of adjusted collections (draw model, excluding hygiene)


• $10,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 at start + $5,000 after 90 days)


• Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
