Qualifications

• DDS or DMD accredited by CODA.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry required or completed.
• Active state license in good standing; eligible for licensure.
• State anesthesia restriction license to administer nitrous oxide.
• Certifications such as DEA, CPR, PALS as applicable.
• No sanctions on Medicare/Medicaid or board licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric dental care from infancy through adolescence.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and DSOs to support care.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care; license must be in good standing or eligible for licensure
• Active state-specific anesthesia restricted 2 license (to be able to administer nitrous oxide)
• Other certifications as required by state to include: DEA, CPR, PALS.
• No sanctions for Medicare, Medicaid, or any licensing board
