Job summary

DDSmatch Practice Transitions is helping a well-established Richmond, IN pediatric dental practice find a full-time Pediatric Dental Associate. This role offers 4–5 workdays per week in a 8-chair, kid-friendly setting with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate dentist with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experienced with children; pediatric specialty training is preferred.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program.
• Pediatric dentistry training preferred or strong experience with children.
• Full-time commitment (4–5 days per week) in a team-oriented practice.
