Pediatric Dentist (Path to Partnership) $20K Sign On Bonus

Location: Post Falls, ID

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Sign on Bonus: $20,000 upon signing

Compensation: up to $450,000 per year depending on PT/FT status, $1500 daily rate / 30% to 35% net production, whichever is greater.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.


• Specialty: Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited postgraduate residency program.


• Licensure: Active (or eligible to obtain) Dental License in Idaho and/or Washington.


• Certifications: BLS/PALS certification.


• Mindset: A genuine passion for pediatric oral health, excellent bedside manner, and a \"kid-first\" communication style.

This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
