Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Structure: Fixed Daily rate commensurate with $350,000-$600,000+

Practice Stats:

• Total Revenue: $6.5 million in production per year


• Patient Volume: 130 patients per day


• Demographics: 70% Medicaid / 30% PPO & Cash


• All Licensure Fees Covered
