Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program (2-3 years).
• Current valid dental license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA certification.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
