Job summary

Alligator Dental in Central Texas seeks a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our growing practice network in Gonzales, San Marcos, and Seguin. This is more than an associate role—it offers a path to partnership with equity in a doctor-led team.

You’ll provide care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs, collaborate with Dr. Al Burns, enjoy autonomy, state-of-the-art facilities, and ongoing CE opportunities in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from ADA-accredited dental school.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency (preferred).
• Active Texas dental license or eligibility.
• Nitrous oxide permit.
• Current CPR and other required certifications.
• 1+ year of experience as a Pediatric Dentist (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch pediatric dental care to infants, children, and teens.
• Create positive experiences and strong rapport with young patients and parents.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Al Burns and a team of pediatric pros.
• Educate families on oral hygiene in an engaging way.
• Maintain accurate records while keeping the vibe light and welcoming.
• Stay up to date on pediatric best practices.
