The role will rotate between two locations: 7950 Gall Blvd, Zephyrhills, FL 33541 and 6552 Gunn Highway, Tampa, FL 33625. The position is Full-Time 4 Days, No Weekends, with a daily guarantee and 40% of production. Annual earning potential is $250,000–$350,000+. Clinical autonomy is provided.

Opportunity Overview

• Location – You will be rotating between 2 locations:
  • 7950 Gall Blvd, Zephyrhills, FL 33541
  • 6552 Gunn Highway, Tampa, FL 33625
• Schedule – Full-time (4 days/week) Monday-Thursday (3 day weekends!!!)
• Compensation – Daily guarantee and 40% of production
• Earning potential – $250,000–$350,000+ annually
