Job summary

NYU Langone Dental is seeking a pediatric dentist associate to provide comprehensive pediatric dental care in a child-focused office. In-office duties include hygiene, restorative treatment, nitrous oxide, and oral sedation, with a collaborative team.

Schedule includes Monday–Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for in-office care, Thursdays for general anesthesia cases at a local hospital, and select Fridays for in-office GA cases with SmileMD.

Qualifications

• Pediatric dental care experience is required.
• Competency in hygiene and restorative procedures.
• Familiarity with nitrous oxide administration.
• Experience with oral sedation in pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office pediatric dental care for scheduled patients.
• Handle hygiene, restorative, and sedation procedures.
• Coordinate general anesthesia cases at a local hospital (Thu).
• Conduct select Fridays for in-office general anesthesia cases with SmileMD.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative pediatric dental team environment.
