Job summary

D4C DENTAL BRANDS, INC. seeks a Treatment Coordinator to ensure every patient understands and accepts their dental care options while supporting front office and clinical teams.

The role blends administrative duties with clinical assisting tasks, requiring excellent communication, insurance knowledge, and multitasking in a patient-centered environment. Candidates with 3+ years in medical/dental settings are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
• X-ray certification preferred; may be obtained through the Company.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.

Responsibilities

• Present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Coordinate dental insurance inquiries and approvals.
• Support front office and clinical dental assisting tasks.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Multitask and maintain organization in a busy dental office.
