Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a part-time pediatric dental assistant to join our state-of-the-art practice. You will support pediatric procedures, monitor patient safety, and ensure high standards of infection control.

Responsibilities include charting, vital signs, behavior management, and use of dental software and imaging technology. Applicants must have relevant certifications and a willingness to obtain a Real ID driver’s license as needed.

Qualifications

Current Dental Assistant certification (In the state you are applying to).
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric dental experience.
X-Ray Certification.
CPR/BLS Certification.
N202 Certification.
Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Skilled in pediatric dental procedures, instrumentation, and chair-side support.
Proficient in taking vital signs, documenting medical histories, and monitoring patient safety.
Experienced in pediatric behavior management and patient preparation.
Competent with dental software, digital imaging, and clinical equipment.
Strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA).
