Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry in Millburn, NJ, is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dental Assistant to support our clinical team and create a welcoming experience for children and families. Qualifications

• Valid X-ray license is required.
• Education and/or training in dental assisting is preferred or as required by state regulations.
• 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant preferred.
• Experience in pediatric patient support preferred.
• Proficiency with common dental software and charting systems; experience with specific tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization, and radiography safety.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, reassuring approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable teamwork mindset and professionalism with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
