Job summary

iKids Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics – North Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join a friendly pediatric team. The role requires a minimum of two years of dental assisting experience and credentials including N2O, Sealant, and Coronal Polish.

The ideal candidate supports a busy practice, emphasizes safety and patient education, and works Monday through Friday, with 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM hours. Excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • RDA certification with N2O, Sealant, and Coronal Polish credentials.
  • 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists in pediatric dentistry procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and rooms.
  • Maintain patient comfort and provide education for oral health.

At iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with at least 2 years of experience to join our fun, energetic, and caring team!

Hours: 7:45-5:00pm

Requirement: Sealant Certified, Nitrous, RDA and Coronal Polish

Requirements

Education/Credentials:

  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is .
  • Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.
Job related experience:
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
  • Pediatric experience, preferred
Job-related skills/competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills- must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Communication - effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.
  • Must be able to project a capable and professional image- one that is reflective of Company Values.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills- strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
  • Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
Working conditions:
  • Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
  • Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles
