Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital is growing! A new satellite pharmacy is opening in April of 2027 to support our new 52 bed Heart Center ICU/IMU team! We are seeking a part time day shift pharmacist to join our team! Schedule: 7 to 3:30 p.m. and every other weekend. Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred. Pediatric hospital experience is highly desired. Experience with IV compounding a plus. Must have current Texas Pharmacy license and hold IV Certification. Position is responsible for filling and labeling prescriptions, providing drug-related information to patients, hospital employees and medical staff, and supervising the activities of pharmacy technical support staff.
As a pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties and use your expertise to ensure the best patient care.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Licenses/Certifications: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Texas; Pharmacy Sterile Product certification through an in-house program or other accredited program is required if incumbent compounds sterile products.
