Job summary

Wolfson Children’s Hospital, part of Baptist Health, in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric CVICU on night shift. This 12-bed unit delivers advanced monitoring and care, staffed by pediatric cardiology and critical care specialists. The role is full-time with a sign-on bonus of $10,000.

The RN will provide comprehensive pediatric care, administer medications, and uphold professionalism in interactions with the care team and families. Florida RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
• Conscious Sedation Certification preferred.
• Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to pediatric population utilizing all aspects of the nursing process.
• Administer medications per hospital policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with others.
